Experience: 10-12 years in sugar industry / power plant operations
Salary: USD 3,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Boiler, Turbine & Power Plant Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of boilers, turbines, steam systems, and captive power generation facilities in a sugar manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient power generation and uninterrupted plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of boilers, turbines, and power generation systems.
• Ensure efficient steam generation and power production.
• Monitor boiler performance, turbine efficiency, and overall plant KPIs.
• Plan and supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Ensure safe operation of boilers, turbines, and associated equipment.
• Optimize fuel consumption, steam utilization, and power generation.
• Coordinate with production, electrical, and maintenance teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.
• Lead, train, and supervise the power plant operations team.

Requirements:

• 1012 years of relevant experience, preferably in a sugar mill/cogeneration power plant.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of boilers, steam turbines, generators, and power plant operations.
• Experience in bagasse-fired boilers and cogeneration will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and operational management skills.
• Engineering degree/diploma in Mechanical, Power, or related engineering field.
