The Body Shop Advisor is responsible for handling customers throughout the vehicle body repair process. The role involves inspecting vehicle damage, coordinating with technicians, insurance teams, and customers, providing repair estimates, and ensuring timely delivery with quality service.

Role & responsibilities

• Receive customers and understand vehicle damage and repair requirements.
• Conduct initial vehicle inspection and document .
• Prepare repair estimates and explain the repair process and costs to customers.
• Coordinate with body shop technicians, painters, and other teams for timely repairs.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and surveyors for claim-related requirements.
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding repair progress and delivery timelines.
• Ensure proper documentation of job cards, estimates, approvals, and invoices.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related concerns professionally.
• Conduct final vehicle inspection before delivery.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.
• Achieve assigned customer service and business targets.
