• Assess vehicle damage and provide accurate repair estimates.
• Communicate with customers regarding the status and cost of repairs.
• Coordinate with insurance companies to ensure claims are processed efficiently.
• Schedule and manage repair appointments.
• Ensure that the body shop meets customer service standards and goals.
• Maintain knowledge of industry standards and repair techniques.
