• Customer Concern Resolution.
• Good Communication Skills & System Knowledge.
• Insurance Claim Handling Process.
•  Ability to thoroughly inspect vehicle body damage and identify required repairs.
•  Deep familiarity with car body parts, painting processes, and manufacturing specifications.

* Automobile Experience is highly preferable.
