Roles and Responsibilities :
- Oversee the daily operations of the weld shop, ensuring efficient production and quality control.

Job Requirements :
- 10-15 years of experience in body shop maintenance or related field (automobile manufacturing).
- Strong knowledge of FANUC PLCs, conveyors, robotics, Siemens PLCS, welding techniques, and weld shop equipment.
- Proven track record in managing teams and implementing effective maintenance strategies.
