BMS sales , Building management systems

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage sales activities to achieve targets for building management systems (BMS) products.
• Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and provide solutions using IBM's BMS technology.
• Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

• 0-17 years of experience in sales or related field, preferably in the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of building management systems (BMS) and their applications.
• Excellent selling skills with ability to meet targets and close deals effectively.
• Proficiency in using IBM's software tools such as IBMS.
