Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and operate CCTV, NVR/DVR and Access Control systems
- Manage access cards, biometric systems and access-control reports
- Conduct routine checks of Fire Alarm Systems, smoke detectors, MCPs and hooters
- Monitor VESDA, WLD, FM200 and other Data Centre safety systems
- Conduct scheduled system checks, facility rounds and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain daily/weekly/monthly operational records, checklists and reports
- Respond to alarms/incidents, identify issues and escalate them appropriately
- Coordinate with service/AMC vendors for preventive maintenance and issue closure
- Ensure proper shift handover and adherence to site security and safety procedures
