About this role
- Monitor HVAC systems such as AHUs, FCUs, chillers, and ventilation.
- Monitor temperature, humidity, pressure, and equipment status.
- Handle BMS alarms and faults and inform the maintenance team.
- Start/stop equipment according to operating schedules.
- Monitor electrical systems, pumps, cooling towers, and other connected equipment.
- Maintain daily log sheets and shift reports.
- Coordinate with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and maintenance technicians.
- Check equipment trends and identify abnormal conditions.
- Follow safety procedures and emergency protocols.
- Help maintain energy efficiency by monitoring operating conditions.
