Bmc Remedy Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain BMC Remedy applications and workflows.
• Configure and support BMC Remedy ITSM modules including Incident, Change, Problem, Asset, and Service Request Management.
• Develop Active Links, Filters, Escalations, Menus, Forms, and Applications using Remedy Developer Studio.
• Perform application enhancements, bug fixes, and performance tuning.
• Integrate Remedy with third-party systems using APIs, Web Services, REST/SOAP, and Atrium Integrator.
• Create reports, dashboards, and data management solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Work closely with business users, support teams, and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and best practices.

Required Skills

• 28 years of hands-on experience in BMC Remedy Development.
• Strong knowledge of BMC Remedy AR System and Remedy ITSM Suite.
• Experience with Remedy Developer Studio and workflow components.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and IT Service Management concepts.
• Experience in Remedy integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, Web Services, or middleware tools.
• Good understanding of SQL databases and data migration activities.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with BMC Helix ITSM.
• Knowledge of Atrium CMDB and Atrium Integrator.
• Exposure to Linux/Unix environments.
• Experience in enterprise support and managed services environments
