Experience: 6-10

Must have:

1. experience in development, implementation, and sustained support of the BMC Helix components like ITSM, Smart IT, Innovation Studio and writing custom workflows using Remedy forms and objects like Active Links, Filters, and Escalations
2. Solid understanding of ITSM processes and Integration techniques.
3. Strong Knowledge of ITSM Module Like Incident, Change, Problem, SRM, Work Order, SLM, Release management
4. Provide creative solutions to resolve business problems via customer requirements based on system capability, process gaps (ITSM/ITIL) and cultural challenges.
