Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain BMC Helix/Remedy applications.
• Configure and enhance BMC Remedy AR System, forms, active links, filters, escalations, and workflow.
• Develop and maintain CMDB integrations, reconciliation rules, datasets, and data models.
• Configure and manage Digital Workplace (DWP) Catalog services and workflows.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop integrations between BMC Helix and third-party applications.

Mandatory Skills

• 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in BMC Helix ITSM/Remedy Development.
• Strong experience in:
• BMC Remedy AR System
• BMC CMDB
• BMC Digital Workplace (DWP) Catalog
• ITSM Modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request)
• Experience in workflow development using Filters, Active Links, Escalations, Menus, and Forms.
• Knowledge of REST API integrations and web services.
• Exposure to at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Queries, Database Design, and Troubleshooting.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
