BMC Helix Developer with strong expertise in

BMC Helix ITSM, ITOM, integrations, workflows, and platform migrations . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing and customizing BMC Helix solutions and preferably have experience in

ServiceNow to BMC Helix migration projects .

Location : PUNE (ONSITE) Experience: 7+ years

Type : Contract, 12 months, extendable Requirements

• 6–8+ years of hands-on experience in BMC Helix ITSM and ITOM development and implementation.
• 8+ years of overall experience in enterprise application development.
• Strong expertise in:
• BMC Helix ITSM & ITOM modules
• Incident, Problem & Change Management
• CMDB & Asset Management
• Service Request Management & Knowledge Management
• Discovery, Monitoring & Event Management
• Workflows, Runbooks & Automation
• Data Migration, ETL Processes & Reconciliation
• REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks & Middleware Integrations
• Proven experience delivering large-scale platform migration projects, preferably

ServiceNow to BMC Helix .

• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• BMC Helix Certifications preferred.
• ITIL Foundation Certification is an added advantage.
• ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM experience will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure BMC Helix ITSM and ITOM solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Configure and support Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset Management, Knowledge Management, and Service Request Management modules.
• Develop service catalogs, workflows, runbooks, automations, and custom configurations.
• Design and execute data migration strategies for historical records, active tickets, CMDB data, and knowledge articles.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and sign-off activities.
• Analyze existing ServiceNow integrations and rebuild them in BMC Helix.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, webhooks, middleware, and monitoring tools.
• Prepare and execute Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and Performance Testing.
• Support cutover planning, go-live activities, and hypercare support.
• Provide issue resolution, system optimization, and end-user training.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices, governance, and security standards.
