The Branch Manager – APC is responsible for driving business performance through the Agency Partner Channel by managing partner relationships, building a strong advisor network, and ensuring consistent revenue growth and team productivity at the branch level. 2. • Business Delivery
• Achieve branch targets (FYP, NOP, Revenue, Active Advisors) through APC model
• Drive productivity of Agency Partners and aligned FLS
• Ensure month-on-month growth in business and activation metrics
• Identify, onboard, and develop Agency Partners (APs)
• Build strong relationships with partners to drive long-term engagement
• Monitor partner-wise performance and drive accountability
• Drive advisor hiring through Agency Partners
• Focus on quality recruitment from key segments (CA, Teachers, Govt employees, Homemakers, etc.)
• Ensure timely licensing, onboarding, and activation of advisors
• Coach and mentor FLS and partners through joint field work (JFW)
• Conduct regular training sessions on product pitching and objection handling
• Build a high-performance and result-oriented culture
