Blue Yonder WMS Discrete Consultant

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with JDA/Blue Yonder WMS, specifically in Discrete manufacturing environments.
• Strong experience in BY WMS implementation and production support.
• Good understanding of relational databases and PL/SQL.
• Experience in development, configuration, solution evaluation, validation, and deployment.
• Strong experience in BY WMS production support and job monitoring.
• Ability to collaborate with product vendors, support teams, and third-party providers to resolve issues.
• Experience working in global, highly matrixed environments with vendors and service providers.
• Strong customer interfacing and expectations management skills.
• Experience providing effective solutions for production issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration skills with business and IT teams, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to effectively manage and communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
