Blue Yonder Consultant - Supply Chain Management

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Support configuration and testing of Blue Yonder applications.
• Participate in data validation, migration, and system testing activities.
• Assist in resolving application issues and support tickets.
• Create user guides, test cases, and project documentation.
• Support integration testing with ERP and third-party systems.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
• Provide post-deployment support and issue tracking.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of Supply Chain Management concepts.
• Knowledge of Blue Yonder, JDA, SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise applications is preferred.
• Understanding of SQL, XML, JSON, and APIs.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Good communication and teamwork skills
