Job Description

We are looking for experienced Blue Prism Developers to join a leading project team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Blue Prism (BP) and a programming background with expertise in designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Blue Prism automation solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and prepare detailed technical design documents.
• Understand As-Is and To-Be process flows and translate them into automation solutions.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Blue Prism (Mandatory).
• Experience in RPA / Process Automation Projects.
• Programming background with strong development skills.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Web Applications.
• Experience with browser/client compatibility issues.
• Good understanding of application integration and automation frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Eligibility

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Mandatory Requirement

• PF and Form 16 documents from all previous organizations are mandatory during the hiring process.
