Blue Collar Recruiter Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Source candidates for blue-collar and technical positions through job portals, social media, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct initial screening of candidates based on job requirements.
• Make outbound calls and communicate with candidates regarding job opportunities.
• Explain job roles, salary, benefits, eligibility criteria, and interview details to candidates.
• Shortlist suitable candidates and maintain candidate databases and trackers.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and selection status.
• Collect and verify basic candidate information and required documents.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and daily sourcing reports.
• Assist senior recruiters in bulk/mass hiring activities.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure regular follow-ups.
• Support recruitment campaigns and other HR/recruitment activities as required.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Comfortable making recruitment calls and interacting with candidates.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn recruitment processes and blue-collar hiring.
• Freshers and candidates pursuing/recently completed BBA, BMS, MBA (HR), or any relevant graduation can apply.
• Prior recruitment experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Candidates interested in Recruitment / HR / Talent Acquisition are preferred.
