Role & responsibilities

• Blood collection, processing, component preparation & storage
• Blood grouping, cross-matching and compatibility testing
• Donor screening and blood bank documentation
• Maintain quality, safety and infection-control standards
• Ensure proper handling and storage of blood/components
• Maintain accurate records as per applicable protocols

Preferred candidate profile

Relevant qualification in Medical Laboratory Technology / DMLT / BMLT
210 years of relevant Blood Bank experience
Good knowledge of blood bank procedures and documentation
Strong attention to detail and patient safety
