Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries and provide solutions through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with their queries regarding products and services.
• Document interactions and resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and timely resolutions of customer issues.
• Participate in training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
