Job Description:

• Design and develop BIW welding fixtures, checking fixtures and tooling.
• Create 3D models and 2D drawings using CATIA V5.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, fixture concepts, automotive body structures and manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate with clients and manufacturing teams for design modifications and project requirements.
• Review designs and ensure quality, feasibility and timely project delivery.

Skills Required: CATIA V5, BIW Fixture Design, GD&T, Automotive Tooling, Jigs & Fixtures.
