Job Description: BIW Design Engineer (3-5 Years exp.)

Mandatory Skills –

• UG NX, Team center
• Knowledge of all BIW components in passenger vehicles.
• Ability to Design the BIW components considering the packaging area, which includes selection of Material /Material grade, Material properties; Thickness.
• Design for Manufacturability and Assembly.
• Sheetmetal Design experience.
• Tolerance knowledge
• CAD and PLM skills: UG NX; Teamcenter

Job Description: – BIW Design and development Engineer (6-9 Years exp.)

Mandatory Skills –

• UG NX, Team center
• Ability to Design the BIW components considering the packaging area, which includes selection of Material /Material grade, Material Properties; Thickness.
• Experience working with all the stages of Product Development Lifecycle – Concept TO manufacturing
• Experience with Supplier interaction for part development.
• Experience in Part testing (Both DV & PV testing experience is preferred)
• Design for Manufacturability and Assembly.
• Experience in performing DFMEA
• Sheetmetal Design experience.
• Experience in applying tolerance and GD&TRole & responsibilities
