Biotechnology Equipment Service Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Biotechnology Equipment Service Engineer to join our team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in service engineering, technical services, or a related field.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support and maintenance services for biotechnology equipment.
• Conduct field service visits to diagnose and repair issues with equipment.
• Develop and implement effective servicing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Train and guide junior engineers on best practices and procedures.
