Biomedical Service Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :-

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM), installation, testing, and servicing of medical equipment at hospitals and healthcare facilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Provide on-site technical support and attend customer service calls promptly.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections, calibration checks, and performance verification as per manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain accurate service reports, PM records, and equipment maintenance documentation.
• Coordinate with hospital biomedical departments and internal service teams.
• Support equipment demonstrations, installations, and basic user training when required.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective technical support.

Job Requirements :

• 0-3 years of experience in biomedical engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of medical devices, including installation, operation, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
