Biomedical Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Install, maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, and ensure the safety and uptime of medical equipment.
• Coordinate with clinicians, nursing teams, laboratory, radiology, OT, ICU, vendors, and management.
• Ensure biomedical equipment is safe, functional, compliant, and available for patient care.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure equipment performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Develop and implement procedures to enhance equipment efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements :

• Experience in Biomedical Engineering, Equipment Calibration, and related fields.
• Strong understanding of medical equipment operation and maintenance.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to medical equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
