Biological E - Accounts Receivable Role

Biological E. Limited is inviting applications for the position of Accounts Receivable, Credit Control & Revenue Accounting at its Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad location.

Role Overview: The role is responsible for managing Accounts Receivable, collections, credit control, and revenue accounting, ensuring timely cash realization, effective working capital management, accurate revenue recognition, and compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor receivables ageing, drive collections, achieve targets, and improve DSO.
• Manage customer reconciliations, payment disputes, deductions, and overdue balances.
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition, sales cut-off, and period-end closure in accordance with Ind AS.
• Monitor credit limits, payment terms, and customer credit risks.
• Prepare receivables MIS, collection forecasts, revenue reports, and management dashboards.
• Ensure accurate SAP transactions, reconciliations, and process compliance.
• Support audits, financial closures, and continuous improvement of O2C processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce or MBA
• 8-12 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Credit Control, or O2C.
• SAP proficiency, strong Excel and analytical skills, and sound knowledge of Ind AS are essential.

Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, or manufacturing industries is preferred.
