Bioinformatics Analyst

Profile Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Bioinformatics Analyst with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Next-Generation Sequencing data analysis including both short-read and long-read sequencing (ONT) platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing bioinformatics workflows for a wide range of genomics applications, supporting research, clinical, and commercial projects.

Job Profile: A bioinformatician with 3–4 years of practical experience analyzing both Illumina and Oxford Nanopore/PacBio datasets, capable of independently handling projects from raw sequencing data to biological interpretation while contributing to the development of scalable and reproducible bioinformatics workflows.

Qualification: Master’s degree in Bioinformatics/computational biology
