Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced BIM & CAD Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of BIM and CAD software, as well as experience in designing LV / HV Systems for various types of buildings. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing BIM models for electrical and architectural services, as well as working independently on various electrical calculations and power/ lighting/schematic mark-ups.

Job Title: Bim Planning & Delivery Manager

Responsibilities:

Client Coordination

• Act as the primary BIM point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.

• Attend client meetings and provide technical BIM guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

• Understand and interpret Employer's Information Requirements (EIR), BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and project-specific BIM protocols.

• Coordinate BIM deliverables, submission schedules, and project milestones with clients.

• Resolve BIM-related issues and conflicts raised by clients in a timely manner.

BIM Planning & Delivery

• Develop project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and BIM Delivery Strategies.

• Define BIM workflows, standards, and project implementation procedures.

• Establish project BIM objectives, milestones, and delivery timelines.

• Allocate BIM resources according to project requirements.

• Monitor project progress against BIM delivery programmes.

• Ensure compliance with client BIM standards.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM teams across architecture, structure, MEP, and specialist consultants.

• Review BIM deliverables before client submission.

• Lead BIM coordination meetings and clash resolution sessions.

Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC)

• Develop and implement BIM QA/QC procedures across all projects.

• Ensure BIM models comply with company standards, client requirements, and industry best practices.

• Perform periodic audits of BIM models and project documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field
• 9 to 12 years of experience in BIM & Should have 3 to 4 years Experience in Managing Teams & Clients.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities: Sr BIM & CAD Engineer & Jr BIM & CAD Engineer

• Develop BIM models for electrical and architectural services
• Design LV / HV Systems to current legislation and codes of practice
• Work independently on various electrical calculations and power/ lighting/schematic mark-ups
• Liaise with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the models are accurate and meet the project requirements
• Generate reports and documentation
• Provide technical support to the team

Job Title: Sr BIM & CAD Engineer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field
• 5 to 7 years of experience in BIM and CAD software
• Strong understanding of electrical systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Title: Jr BIM & CAD Engineer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field
• 3 to 4 years of experience in BIM and CAD software
• Strong understanding of electrical systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
