Bim Modeler

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines using Autodesk Revit and other BIM software.
• Prepare shop drawings, GA drawings, sections, elevations, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site teams to incorporate design changes and project requirements.
• Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks and assist in resolving design conflicts.
• Ensure BIM models comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), company standards, and client requirements.
• Update models regularly to reflect design revisions and construction progress.
• Generate construction documentation and deliverables from BIM models.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of architectural, structural, and MEP models.
• Support quantity estimation and material extraction from BIM models.
• Maintain model accuracy, data integrity, and version control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and provide technical support to project stakeholders.
• Assist in creating as-built BIM models upon project completion.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, architecture, mechanical engineering, or related discipline.
• Certification in BIM Modeling/Revit will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 3 to 8 years of experience in construction, building, residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
