Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed BIM models using Revit software for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems.
  
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate modeling of building services installations.
  
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks within budget constraints.
  
• Provide technical support during construction phase by resolving issues related to design intent vs. as-built conditions.
  
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
