Position: Scan to BIM Engineer / BIM Modeler

• Experience: 38 Years
• Education: Diploma / Bachelor's in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or related field
• Core Skill: Strong hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit
• Key Experience: Scan to BIM / Point Cloud to BIM
• Develop accurate BIM models from laser scanning / point-cloud data
• Experience in Architectural, Structural and/or MEP modelling
• Knowledge of LOD 200/300/350/400/500
• Experience with As-Built / Existing Condition BIM
• Knowledge of BIM coordination and clash detection
• Experience with Navisworks / Autodesk ReCap / ACC / BIM 360 preferred
• Ability to perform BIM model QA/QC
• Knowledge of BIM standards, BEP, naming conventions and modelling standards
• Experience in renovation / retrofit / existing building projects preferred
• Strong attention to detail and model accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
