BIM Modeler - MEP

Name of the designation : Engineer BIM (MEP)

Minimum educational qualification required : Diploma / Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering

Experience required : 2-5 years of experience

Required skills:

1) Experience in creating BIM Models and working on International projects – UK, US, Middle East.

2) Proficiency in Revit and Civil 3D is mandatory, working knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD will be advantageous

3) Good understanding of underground services such as drainage, creating pipeline models and drawings, experience in electrical services are required.

4) Good communication skill.

5) Experience in preparing professional error free models and drawings

6) Experience in 3D Parametric modelling & model coordination. Ability to develop MEP families with templates.

7) Knowledge on Point cloud, Scan to BIM will be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to prepare BIM models with high accuracy and good speed.
• Responsible for submitting the models and drawings on time as per the committed schedule for the project assigned to the Team, efficiently.
• Will be working under the supervision of the HOP / Team Leader.
• Is expected to upgrade BIM skills/software skills through relevant learning or a training process as and when required

Salary: 4.8 - 6 Lakhs per Annum
