Bim Modeler/Bim Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HVAC BIM models using Revit and Navisworks.
• Prepare HVAC layouts, sections, shop/fabrication drawings, and coordination models.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Support HVAC system design, sizing, quantity take-offs, and material coordination.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, BIM standards, and engineering codes.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 24 years of experience in HVAC BIM Modeling or Mechanical Design.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP).
• Good understanding of HVAC systems, installation practices, and construction drawings.
• Knowledge of ASHRAE, SMACNA, and relevant mechanical standards.
