About this role
We are looking for an experienced BIM MEP Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical systems
- The expert will be responsible for developing and coordinating MEP BIM models, preparing detailed drawings, and ensuring proper coordination with architectural and structural disciplines
- * 48+ years of relevant MEP/BIM experience
- * Experience working on residential, commercial, or mixed-use building projects
- * Experience handling projects from design development through detailed modelling, documentation, and coordination
- * Knowledge of relevant international standards and building codes such as IBC, ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, and IMC would be an advantage
