About this role
- Develop and implement BIM execution plans (BEP), standards, protocols, and workflows across projects.
- Lead BIM strategy and ensure adherence to company and project-specific BIM requirements.
- Manage and coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and infrastructure BIM models.
- Facilitate clash detection and resolution using Navisworks, BIM 360, ACC, or equivalent platforms.
- Oversee model audits, quality checks, and compliance with project standards and client requirements.
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Generate and review construction documentation, shop drawings, quantity take-offs, and visualizations from BIM models.
- Manage Common Data Environment (CDE) and digital project information.
- Drive 4D construction sequencing and 5D cost integration where applicable.
- Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to BIM coordinators and modelers.
- Monitor emerging BIM technologies and recommend process improvements for enhanced project efficiency.
- Support project teams during design development, construction, and handover phases.
