BIM Manager

Job Description:

Role Overview
As a BIM Manager, you will be responsible for driving BIM strategy, standards, and delivery across infrastructure and building projects. This is a leadership role where you'll work closely with design, engineering, and management teams to elevate BIM maturity across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

. Lead and manage BIM delivery
. Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide BIM standards, workflows, and BEPs
. Oversee model quality, coordination, and clash detection across disciplines
. Mentor and manage a team of BIM engineers and coordinators
. Act as the BIM point of contact for internal stakeholders and global clients
. Drive process optimisation and adoption of BIM best practices aligned with international standards.

Required Expertise
. 10+ years of hands-on BIM experience, with strong exposure to civil & structural domains
. Proven expertise in Revit, Civil 3D, and Navisworks
. Strong understanding of BIM execution, coordination, and information management
. Demonstrated leadership experience in building and scaling BIM teams
. Ability to set up BIM frameworks from scratch and drive organisational change.

Working Days & Timings:
Mondayto Friday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
1st &3rd Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
