About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented BIM Estimation Engineer to support the pre-sales team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate project hour calculations and Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. This role requires strong technical expertise in BIM tools and a solid understanding of modeling workflows and coordination processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project hour estimations from BIM models (LOD 200–500).
• Develop accurate cost estimates for modeling, clash coordination, and shop drawings.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and BIM models to define project scope.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and project teams to ensure estimation accuracy.
• Prepare project inclusions and exclusions clearly.
• Develop techno-commercial proposals for clients.
• Identify discrepancies between drawings and BIM models and report issues.
• Ensure compliance with project standards and client requirements.
• Prepare project understanding documents, assumptions, and scope clarifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in BIM-based estimation or pre-sales support.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in BIM tools such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Exposure to Architecture, Structure, and MEPF modeling.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for estimation and data analysis.
