BIM Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and develop BIM models using Revit software for architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and other disciplines.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate data exchange between designers and contractors through the use of BIM protocols such as IFC.
• Conduct quality control checks on BIM models to identify errors or inconsistencies before submission to clients or stakeholders.
• Develop documentation procedures for maintaining accurate records of changes made to BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements :

• 5-11 years of experience in Building Information Modelling (BIM) engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in Revit software with knowledge of other CAD/BIM tools such as SketchUp, Navisworks, etc. .
• Experience working with scan-to-BIM 

• B.E. in Civil Engineering / B. Arch
