Bim Engineer

Job Title: Revit BIM Modeler - MEP

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Create and modify Revit families as per project requirements.
• Perform Scan-to-BIM modeling using point cloud data.
• Prepare and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing models for industrial and commercial projects.
• Support BIM coordination and clash detection processes.
• Generate construction documents, shop drawings, and model-based deliverables.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure model accuracy and project standards compliance.
• Ensure adherence to BIM execution plans and client requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Experience in BIM Modeling and BIM Coordination.
• Hands-on experience in Revit Family Creation.
• Knowledge of Scan-to-BIM Modeling workflows.
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD (ACAD).
• Understanding of MEP systems used in Warehouses, Industrial Plants, and Data Centers.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Civil, or related disciplines.
