BIM Engineer - Structure

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Engineer Structural to join our team and work on Data Centre projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Revit modelling and detailing along with a strong understanding of structural components and construction practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate 3D structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare detailed structural drawings and documentation based on engineering designs.
• Carry out structural modelling and detailing for Data Centre projects.
• Interpret structural drawings, design inputs and engineering details to develop coordinated BIM models.
• Prepare RCC and steel structural detailing as per project requirements.
• Coordinate structural models with architectural and other discipline models.
• Maintain BIM standards, model accuracy and drawing quality.
• Identify and resolve modelling and detailing issues in coordination with the project team.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in structural BIM modelling and detailing.
• Hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit is essential.
• Good knowledge of structural modelling and detailing.
• Experience or exposure to Data Centre projects will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of Architectural and Structural domains.
• Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma (DCE)/ITI in Civil Engineering.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, structural components and detailing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within project timelines.
