About this role
Job Description:
Core Competencies:
- Preparation of parametric 3D BIM model in Autodesk Revit.
- Knowledge in creating parametric Revit families as per client specifications.
- Excellent knowledge of Revit linking, worksets, project browser, visibility graphics, filter, Revit plans, sections, sheet creation, and view range tags.
- Basic knowledge of building services execution and sequences
Responsibilities:
- Working on a central model, working as per element work sets LOD 100 to LOD 350.
- Candidate will be responsible for BIM works of any / multiple of the following disciplines:
1. Plumbing
2. Fire Fighting
3. HVAC + Mechanical
4. Electrical
- Documentation Floor wise and wing wise documentation with applying filters.
- MEP Quantity take-off.
- Sheets creation.
- RFI creation and management
Strengths:
- Capable of working in a team.
- Self-Motivated.
Software Skills with Good Experience:
- AUTOCAD.
- Knowledge of BIM software solutions like Revit Architecture, and Structure.
- Preliminary Knowledge of Navisworks
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Graduate / Diploma Civil / Mechanical / Electrical
- English command
Preferred Skills:
- Technical Knowledge & Updated knowledge of new technological advancements.
- Time management skills
