BIM Engineer / BIM Modeler

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models based on design drawings and project requirements.
• Prepare 3D models, shop drawings, and construction documentation.
• Work with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM software.
• Perform model coordination and identify clashes between different disciplines.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, and project teams.
• Review drawings and models for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve modeling issues.
• Maintain BIM standards, templates, families, and project documentation.
• Support project teams during design development and construction stages.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of BIM concepts and workflows.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of construction drawings and detailing.
• Good understanding of architectural/structural coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
