BIM Designer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage BIM models and engineering drawings for infrastructure projects.
• Prepare detailed designs and layouts for Dry Utilities, Pipe Networks and Pressure Networks.
• Execute Civil 3D infrastructure design and prepare accurate construction/design drawings.
• Work on pumping station layouts and utility infrastructure.
• Develop and coordinate Revit-based BIM models as per project requirements.
• Perform model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
• Prepare and update drawings using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit and Plant 3D.
• Manage project documentation and design data through ProjectWise and BIM 360.
• Coordinate with engineering, design and project teams to resolve design/modeling issues.
• Ensure drawings and BIM models comply with project standards, specifications and timelines.

Job Requirements :

• 4-12 years of experience in Building Information Modelling (BIM) or similar field.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Plant 3D, and AutoCAD software.
• Strong understanding of building codes and industry standards for architecture/construction projects.
