Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced BIM Coordinators / BIM Managers / Team Leads MEP to join our team for Indian Data Centre projects. The ideal candidate should have strong MEP BIM coordination experience, excellent knowledge of BIM workflows, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary coordination and project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate MEP BIM projects, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
• Develop, review, and manage MEP BIM models for Data Centre projects.
• Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and other MEP services.
• Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks.
• Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Architecture and Structural teams.
• Review models, drawings and BIM deliverables as per project standards.
• Manage LOD, model quality, BIM documentation and project workflows.
• Conduct coordination meetings and track design/model-related issues.
• Guide and mentor BIM Modelers and Coordinators within the team.
• Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, processes and deadlines.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of relevant MEP BIM experience.
• Strong experience in Indian Data Centre projects is preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and BIM coordination.
• Experience in multidisciplinary coordination and clash resolution.
• Good knowledge of BIM standards, workflows and model review processes.
• Strong team-handling, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates from MEP/BIM backgrounds will be preferred.

Education:

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or relevant Engineering discipline.
