BIM Architectural Blockwork Modeler

We are looking for a skilled BIM Architectural Blockwork Modeler with 5 to 10 years of experience in the field.

• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models of architectural blockwork structures.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and complete models.
• Conduct quality checks on models to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical support and training to junior team members on BIM modeling best practices.
• Coordinate with project managers to develop and implement project-specific workflows and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in BIM technology and techniques.

• Strong knowledge of BIM software and technologies, including AutoCAD and Revit.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to architectural design and construction.
