BIM Architect

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

We are looking for an experienced BIM Architect with strong expertise in architectural modelling and BIM coordination to join our team in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed architectural BIM models using Revit Architecture.
• Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, construction drawings, and schedules.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure model accuracy and consistency.
• Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts using Navisworks.
• Maintain BIM standards, LOD requirements, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver projects on time.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Revit Architecture and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Navisworks and BIM coordination.
• Experience in architectural modelling and construction documentation.
• Understanding of LOD 300/400 and BIM standards.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification: B.Arch or a relevant architectural qualification.
