Job Description BIM Manager

Experience: 8 - 18 Years
Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the BIM team, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Oversee BIM modeling, coordination, and implementation across projects.
• Coordinate with Architecture, Structural, and MEP teams for design coordination and clash detection.
• Ensure BIM model accuracy and adherence to project standards.
• Manage project deliverables, team performance, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Requirements

• Strong experience in BIM management and team handling.
• Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.
• Experience in BIM coordination, clash detection, and model management.
• Good understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP coordination.
• Experience in residential high-rise or large-scale construction projects preferred.

Qualification: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a relevant discipline.
