Bim Architect

Location: Delhi / NCR (Flexibility to work from either our Delhi - Barakhamba office or Noida - Sector 125 office as per business requirements)

Rudrabhishek Enterprises is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and skilled BIM Architect to join our expanding design and engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in architectural BIM projects, proficiency in Revit Architecture, and a strong understanding of BIM standards, documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural BIM Modeling:
• Develop comprehensive and accurate 3D architectural models using Autodesk Revit.
• Produce detailed architectural documentation, schematics, construction drawings, and presentation layouts.
• Coordination & Clash Detection:
• Participate in multidisciplinary coordination meetings and perform clash detection checks between architectural, structural, and MEP services.
• Resolve spatial and design coordination issues proactively to ensure seamless project execution.
• BIM Standards & Workflows:
• Adhere to established BIM standards, protocols, and quality guidelines across all project stages.
• Collaborate effectively with project managers, senior architects, and engineering teams to meet project deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) or Diploma in Architecture.
• Experience: 0 to 5 years of relevant professional experience working on architectural BIM projects. (Freshers with strong academic portfolios in Revit BIM are welcome).
• Technical Proficiency:
• Expert-level command over Revit Architecture and standard BIM workflows.
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, material specifications, and multi-service coordination (Navisworks or similar clash-detection tools is a plus).
• Location & Work Flexibility: Must be based in Delhi/NCR and willing to work from either the Delhi (Barakhamba) or Noida (Sector 125) office based on business requirements.
