Summary of the Role :

• Service Coupons, PDI & Warranty Claims Settlement.
• Spare Parts Sales Incentive Claims Settlement.
• Labour, Civil , Courier , Freight Outwards Bills and Other miscellaneous bills checking and verifications.
• H.R. related activities such as Joining files, Full & Final payment, Revision in Salary structure and Involvement in Annual PMS related activities.

Details of the Job :

• Regular passing and clearing of Service, PDI and Warranty Claims Debit / Credit Notes.
• Various bills related to Civil, Labour, Courier and other miscellaneous bills checking and verification.
• H.R. related activities such as joining files, Full & Final settlement form clearance, revision in employees salary checking and updating in PIM. Involved in annual PMS activities for checking and validation and audit.

Technical Requirements :

• Key Skills for the Role

- Should have SAP and Oracle operating system knowledge

• Desired Skills for the Role

- Must Posses SAP and Oracle system knowledge.
