Billing Manager

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Billing Manager to manage and oversee the hospital billing operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant billing for IPD, OPD, corporate, TPA, insurance, and cash patients.

Preferred candidate profile

• Manage the complete hospital billing operations and ensure timely and accurate billing.
• Oversee IPD, OPD, emergency, pharmacy, diagnostics, and procedure billing.
• Monitor final billing, discharge billing, interim billing, and package billing.
• Handle TPA, insurance, corporate, cash, and self-pay billing.
• Coordinate with TPA/Insurance teams for approvals, queries, deductions, and claim-related issues.
• Monitor billing errors, discounts, waivers, refunds, and credit notes.
• Ensure proper documentation and authorization for discounts and adjustments.
• Coordinate with Finance, Front Office, Medical Records, Insurance/TPA, Pharmacy, Diagnostics, and Clinical departments.
• Monitor outstanding billing issues and support timely revenue realization.
• Prepare and review billing MIS, collection reports, revenue reports, and pending billing reports.
