Key Responsibilities

• Lead Hospital Billing Operations.
• Manage Cash, TPA, Corporate, CGHS, Ayushman Bharat & Insurance Billing.
• Monitor Revenue Leakage.
• Improve Collection Efficiency.
• Reduce Billing Errors.
• Supervise Billing Audit.
• Prepare Revenue MIS and Dashboards.
• Ensure Compliance with Billing SOPs.
• Coordinate with Finance and Clinical Departments.

Qualification

• B.Com / BBA (Mandatory)
• MBA Finance / Hospital Administration (Preferred)

Experience

• 6-12 Years
• Minimum 3 Years in Hospital Revenue Cycle Management
